Brother John Warren is the Pastor at Derma.  Bro. "J" is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  Recently he has completed the Doctor of Christian Counseling from Andersonville Theological Seminary and has a real passion for ministering to the everyday needs that face the church.  He and his wife Janienne, have four children: Josh, Matt, Daniel, and Jen-Jen.  He enjoys running in the morning with his buddies, but not nearly as much as he loves shopping at Libby Lu's with his daughter.

Brother Waygon Sanders is the Minister of Students at Derma.  He is married to Rochelle and they have one dog "Alexander Maximus".  Waygon has a BA in Religious Studies from William Carey University and is attending Liberty University for a MDIV in Christian Education.  Waygon loves hanging with the youth, playing the guitar, and "chillin" with his wife and dog.

Natalie Fleming is the Ministry Assistant at Derma. She is married to Darrell (Dinky) and they have 2 children: Will 7 and Sallie Blake 5. Her hobbies include going to the lake with her husband and kids, shopping with her mom and daughter, and spending time with family and friends.
